Product Usage

The antiviral antibacterial agent REV325 is suitable for spinning viscose fibers. The fabric treated by it can be suitable for ISO 18184:2014 (E) "Determination of Antiviral Textiles" and GB/T20944-2007, ISO 20743:2007, JIS L1902:2008, AATCC100-2012, FZ/T73023-2006, EU Detection of relevant domestic and international standards such as REACH regulations, GB18401-2010 "National Textile Product Basic Safety Technical Specifications", Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Instructions

The antiviral antibacterial agent REV325 and viscose have good compatibility, and are usually injected into the viscose or added to the sulfonation tank. The dosage of REV325 is 0.5～2.0% o.w.f (that is, REV325 with 0.5～2.0Kg per 100Kg of viscose fiber), usually the dosage is 1%, the specific dosage is determined according to the use of the fiber. When in use, first dilute the antiviral antibacterial agent REV325 with viscose, and then add it to the viscose liquid by injection, or add it to the sulfonation tank, so that the REV325 and the viscose liquid can be fully mixed.
